How It Works

- Select & purchase the desired repair.

If you are unsure which repair best suits your footwear needs, please contact us and we'll be happy to advise you.

- Box up your items and post it to our address below.

Please include your name, contact details and order number in the box and use a reputable carrier as postage to us is your responsibility.

- We will contact you by phone or SMS to confirm receipt of your items. 

if further repairs are required, such as heel lining or re-welting, we will discuss this with you before commencing work.

​

- Upon completion, your items will be securely shipped back to you via DPD and we will provide you with the necessary tracking information.

Return postage is included in all pricing.

Our turnaround time is generally 2-4 weeks.
